Welcome to Kiln Goddess! This site is operated by a solo home potter and offers kiln firing services, handmade pottery for sale, and a space to support other home potters.

 

Payments

All bookings and purchases must be paid in full at the time of checkout. Payments are processed securely via Wix Payments, PayPal, or other methods shown at checkout.

 

Firing Services

Booking kiln space means you agree to the terms in our Firing Services Agreement, which covers drop-off expectations, glaze safety, storage limits, and liability. Please read it before firing with us.

 

Refunds & Cancellations

Firing bookings can be canceled or rescheduled up to 24 hours in advance. After that, the fee is non-refundable.

 

Pottery purchases are final unless they arrive damaged - please contact us if there’s an issue.

 

Shipping & Pickup

Firing services are drop-off and pickup only - I do not offer shipping for those.

 

For pottery purchases made through our shop, I offer shipping within the U.S. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout. Please allow a few extra days for packaging and handling - I’m a one-person shop, making sure everything is packed with care.

Liability

Kiln Goddess is not liable for damage, glaze defects, or loss during firing due to material failure, incorrect labeling, or firing accidents. I also reserve the right to refuse work that appears unsafe to fire.
