Refund Policy

At Kiln Goddess, every item is handmade with care by local potters. Because our pieces are one-of-a-kind and often fragile, general returns or exchanges are not accepted. However, I want you to feel confident in your order.

If your item arrives damaged:

Please contact us within 3 days of delivery with a photo of the damage and the packaging.
I'll file a claim with the shipping carrier on your behalf.
Once the claim is approved, you’ll receive a full refund or replacement, depending on availability.

For all other orders:

Because our pieces are handmade and sold in small batches, returns or exchanges are not accepted unless something arrives damaged.
