Shipping Basics

Items ship within the U.S. using trusted carriers (typically USPS, FedEx, or UPS). Orders are packed with care and usually ship within 3-5 business days after purchase. You’ll receive a tracking number by email once your order is on the way.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the best available option for your order's weight and destination.

Packaging & Sustainability

Pottery is fragile, so most items are double-boxed, and recycled materials are used whenever possible. Each piece is safely cushioned for its journey, whether it’s a mug, vase, or handmade sculpture.

If Something Arrives Damaged

I'm so sorry! Please contact us within 3 days of delivery with:

A photo of the damaged item
A photo of the box and packaging
Your order number

I'll work with you to:

File a shipping claim with the carrier
Offer a full refund, or
In some cases, connect with the artist to offer a replacement, if available

All shipments are packed carefully, but pottery is one-of-a-kind - if your item can't be replaced, you'll be refunded once the claim is approved.
